1.1 Digital Products:

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and online courses purchased through Scholastyc.

Refund Eligibility

2.1 Timeframe:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the original purchase.

2.2 Course Completion:

Refunds are strictly not permissible once a user has completed a significant portion of the course content or has accessed course materials.

How to Request a Refund

3.1 Contact Us:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@scholastyc.com. Provide your name, the name of the course, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

3.2 Refund Processing:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 (seven) working days of approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exceptions

4.1 Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items may be non-refundable, such as courses and memberships.

4.2 Promotional Purchases:

Refunds are not available for purchases made during promotional events or using discount codes unless otherwise stated.
